According to reports of  a public meeting that was held by Mrs Pambukane and hundreds of homeowners in 2022 , there were suggestions for formation of a body called HANDAC,(Harare Northen Development Committee).Home owners are waiting to learn more about HANDAC and many want to know if this committee is legit or not.
